Website UX UI Development

What does it take to build a beautiful Website UX UI In the age of COVID, it has never been more important to look after ourselves – and the cleaner we can do it the better, right? What we put into our bodies is the fuel that keeps us running every day, so it needs to be the good stuff.

Melrose Health are an Australian company that have been thinking along the same lines since 1979, long before the days of lockdowns and social distancing. The AndMine team have been incredibly proud to reimagine their website and online Customer Experience (CX), helping them put the spotlight on the best ingredients that nature has to offer.

Website Customer Journey

Testing by our team in both Australia and Nepal found that initial Website UX UI navigation was confusing for the user, reducing the impact of everything else on the site. From there, AndMine and Melrose did a number of rounds perfecting their fresh digital home – we focused on:

  • Making the new site more user-friendly
  • Finding the perfect look and feel for the client
  • Building a forward-thinking website that matches Melrose’s imagery
  • Keeping things clean and elegant
  • Simplifying and updating the site, allowing Melrose to tell their own story

While these may seem commonplace, or logical parts of the user journey to refine, the key to unlocking a more commercial, user focused site was our work on the navigational architecture. This was researched with both consumers and internal teams to validate a minimisation from 4 drop downs to just 2 core pathways.

Website Customer Journey

The new direction was then clear, make everything look visually beautiful. Aesthetics are everything on modern sites, they are the sub conscious benchmark and first social proof that users validate the quality of a brand. Without meeting or exceeding the market, and that is beyond the client’s industry, it is everything online that our clients (and you) are compared to.

So we took this and worked our visual process magic. BEFORE:

The end result? check for yourself – www.melrosehealth.com.au a stunning, modern website that allows Melrose’s products speak for themselves (alongside recipes and a health hub)! Melrose’s new site shows them to be a forward-thinking Australian business and puts them ahead of the curve in the health and wellness sectors.
